Arsenal has announced Nicolas Pepe's loan return to France for the 2022/23 season with Nice.
Ivory Coast international joined Arsenal in 2019 for a club record £72m from Lille but has never really adapted to Premier League play.
Bukayo Saka, Emile Smith Rowe, Gabriel Martinelli, and Martin Odegaard all impressed in recent years, limiting Pepe's playing time.
He won the FA Cup and helped Arsenal reach the Europa League semi-finals in 2020/21.
In 112 appearances in all competitions, he scored a total of 27 goals for the club.
Pepe will seek to return to form with Nice, who finished fifth last season.
Nice added Aaron Ramsey, Alexis Beka Beka, and Kasper Schmeichel to first-team.
Nice have started the season poorly, with two points from their first three games. They recently lost against Clermont.
On Thursday night, they will play the second leg of their play-off against Maccabi Tel Aviv.
