Besiktas can acquire for £6m by January 1 or £8m by June. Otherwise, Alli will return to Everton with a year left on his deal.
Everton signed Alli for free but must pay £10m if he makes 20 appearances. Team and individual successes determine further add-ons.

Besiktas fans greeted Alli raucously when he arrived at Istanbul's Ataturk Airport to sign.
Georges-Kevin Nkoudou and Gedson Fernandes, who he played with at Spurs, will also join him.
